2012 Schedule

Traverse City Alliance Rugby was founded by Paul Fitzsimons and Chuck Benson and is operated by Chuck Benson as General Manager and Head Coach. Chuck is a former college rugby player as well as a certified rugby instructor and long time member of the Traverse Bay Blues. The Alliance was formed to allow all area boys the opportunity to play high school rugby.
The high school program has built an impressive reputation including a number 9 ranking in a state pool of over 300 high schools. Alliance fields a youth high school club program with students from St. Francis, TC West, TC Central, Suttons Bay and home schoolers.
Starting in 2012 TC West and St. Francis will field U-13 programs this spring.
